Got My HND. What Next? - A Workshop to explore the options

On Wednesday 9th November 2005, E351 at 2pm,there will be a session to discuss your options for next year, jobs or further study. I have invited the admissions tutors of various programmes to contribute so that you have a better idea of what you will need to achieve this year if you plan to go on and study for a degree here at UH. However, that will not be the only option that will be discussed. The session will be along the following lines:

  1. What have HND students done in the past after they have gained the award?
  2. How to find the right job and present yourself
  3. How to find the right study programme
  4. The process of applying for further study (internal and via UCAS)
  5. Entrance requirements and details of UH degree programmes you may be interested in
  6. Q&A session with admissions tutors and careers adviser.

I hope to see you there.

Lynette
